​1. What initially got you into recruitment?

 My friend and I were looking for jobs after university, so we just uploaded our CVs onto Reed and a rec to rec called me up and the rest is history.

​

2. What are your favourite things about working at Finlay James?

I enjoy the fast paced environment, the autonomy as well as the team work, the ability to have done so many different things like BD, open offices, different countries, and the opportunity to build teams.

​

3. What goals do you have for the next 5 years?

 My main goal is to increase our US expansion and presence to be bigger than the UK.

​

4. What you recommend to someone who is just starting up in recruitment?

Ask as many questions as you can and work hard. Use your inexperience to your advantage by learning as much as quickly as possible. Learn from the best. But work harder than everyone else.

​

5. Describe your perfect, non-work day.

My perfect non-work day, would either be going for a run or a ride on my bike, or watching some sports.. football, NFL, basketball, hockey or rugby. Or dinner with friends/family followed by some drinks.
