Nadya Aytekin

​I am responsible for new business development across the globe with a strong focus on the EMEA region.

Originally from Vienna, Austria where I finished my school education, I then moved to the UK in 2010 to do a Bachelor’s degree in Languages after which I also completed a Masters in Translation Studies.

Having decided that a career as a translator wasn’t challenging and fast-paced enough for me, I took a completely different career path and started at Finlay James in September 2015.

My role is client-focused and I help clients around the world find the best talent for their open Sales, Presales, Technical and Marketing roles. I actively approach technology companies who are looking to add to their teams to introduce them to the best talent in the market place.

I would describe myself a “go getter” and find the challenge that comes with this job extremely exciting. I really enjoy working at Finlay James and be surrounded by a bunch of like-minded people who all have the same strong desire to be successful.
