Account Director

The Role:

  • Work alongside the existing sales team- 3x Account Executives (selling to mid-market), 3x Sales Directors (selling to strategic accounts)

  • Be in charge of the company's biggest and strategic accounts.

  • You'll be given 20 accounts to manage.

  • Take care of renewals. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Sell new products to existing customers and get the most out of each account.

  • You'll be targeted on renewals and new revenue generated through account growth.

  • Cultivate executive level relationships with champions and executive sponsors

  • Build account plans and strategies to expand business to new groups, roles and channels

  • Work with customers to understand their enablement needs and propose valued solutions using our platform and services

  • Negotiate win-win commercial agreements optimizing impact and outcomes

  • Represent the “Voice of the Customer” by managing ongoing customer requests and partner with product management to prioritize

  • Remote based role from anywhere in the US.

  • 5+ years experience in farming roles - renewals/ up-sells/ cross-sells

  • SalesTech or MarTech
