Account Executive

The Role

  • As a Account Executive, you will be focused on strategically winning net new business with enterprise organisations.

  • You will report directly to and work closely with the VP of Sales EMEA based out of London.

  • Work autonomously to build strong pipeline of business whilst collaborating with the local team.

  • 60% of your qualified leads will come from the SDR team your role is to ensure high conversion rates.

  • 40% of your leads will be self-prospected through building and levering a strong industry network.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will have a minimum of 3+ years experience of B2B SaaS sales experience ideally in mobile marketing solutions or similar i.e. AdTech.

  • You will have a consistent track record of hitting / exceeding sales targets YoY.

  • It would be an added bonus if you spoke and additional European language. 

  • Ideally you will have sold to Enterprise scale organisations and recognisable brands.

  • This great company are looking for a highly personable and analytical individual who will be able to work effectively and autonomously in a fast paced start-up environment.

 

What You’ll Get

  • £70,000-£90,000 basic with an uncapped OTE of £140,000-£180,000

Process

  • 1st - 30 minutes video interview with the Head of Talent

  • 2nd - 30 minutes video interview with the VP of Sales

  • 3rd - Panel interview with the senior leadership team

  • 4th - Presentation interview to include a sales pitch
