​The Role

  • Own a portfolio of clients and be the main point of contact for strategic queries and more adhoc requests

  • Identify churn risks and aim to keep churn to a minimum

  • Forecast accurately and report on account performance, health scores whilst keeping a track of all customer transactions and interactions
