Account Executive

​ The Role:

· Hunter role targeting Mid-Market Companies  (up to 200 employees)

· Win & Retain basis (80%-85% Net NB, 15%-20% upsell/ cross-sell)

· BDR Support (1 BDR: 4 AE’s)

· Cross vertical – strong in Tech, Finance, Healthcare, Media, CPG, Education, Manufacturing)

· Target of $6,000 - $7,000 MRR

· 13 Global office locations, over 3000 customers in 120 countries

· Hit every sales quota in EMEA so far 

· Over 50% of the MM reps are on track to hit President’s club.

· Average team performance sits above 100%

​

The Ideal Candidate:

· Has 3-8 years closing experience (2 with 1 year BDR experience is okay!)

· Sold SaaS, MarTech/ Digital even better.

· Consultative selling

· Experience with deal management

​

What You’ll Get:

· £45,000 - £66,000 basic depending on experience

· Uncapped OTE with accelerators past 100%
