Account Executive

The Role:

  • This role came about through expansion

  • Join an existing sales team of 3x AEs (Northeast, Southeast, South Central).

  • Your territory will be North Central and Midwest

  • 100% new business development

  • You are expected to do your own prospecting

  • ABM- focused strategy - they work on a personalised approach and high conversion rates.

  • You’ll be given100 accounts within your territory and need to crack those accounts

  • Develop and execute your sales plan

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial approach to close

  • Run demos and presentations on-site and virtually to prospects

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare executives and clinicians within medical groups

  • Quota for the first full year is $1.5M.

  • Average deal size is $200k - $500k. Deals can be anywhere between $50k to $1,5M

  • Average sales cycle length is anywhere from 30 days to 6 months.

  • Remote based role from North Central – ideally Chicago.

 The Company:

  • Health Tech SaaS Start-up that raised nearly $25M in funding so far

  • Series A was the most recent round

  • The gounders are from the IDF – Israeli Intelligence Unit. They built the AI and brought it to market

  • They have 10 big logos as customers, all of which are US clients. Overall they have 2,000 users right now and expecting to get to 4,000 users by the end of the year.

  • They are in hyper growth and expecting to scale super-fast

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years SaaS direct sales experience

  • Experience selling into healthcare

  • Experience working for an Israeli company would be beneficial

  • Ideally worked for a start-up

  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US

 What You’ll Get:

  • $125,000 - $150,000 base, double OTE
