Account Executive
The Role:
Be one of the first sales hires in the company
You’ll have a huge impact on the sales strategy and growth of the company
Direct line to the co-founders, report to the CEO
Create new business opportunities and own your pipeline
Engage with prospects, manage them through the sales cycle and close deals.
Coach and mentor new hires
They have an office in London and ideally, you’ll go there one day per week.

They are in hyper growth, looking to double in size by this time next year
They already have some big logo clients such as UiPath, Freshworks, Workday, Couchbase
Young, vibrant team with regular social events and a tight-knit culture
The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years SaaS sales experience, B2B
Experience as a BDR/ SDR in the past
Experience working with complex products and value propositions
Experience working with different stakeholders from product users to senior level
Start-up experience is a plus
What You’ll Get:
£45,000 - £55,0000 base + 30% variable + equity
Benefits: private healthcare, £130/month for personal health/ wellness/ development, 25 days annual leave + UK bank holidays, £400 for work-from-home set up
