Account Executive

The Role:

  • Be one of the first sales hires in the company

  • You’ll have a huge impact on the sales strategy and growth of the company

  • Direct line to the co-founders, report to the CEO

  • Create new business opportunities and own your pipeline

  • Engage with prospects, manage them through the sales cycle and close deals.

  • Coach and mentor new hires

  • They have an office in London and ideally, you’ll go there one day per week.

 The Company:

  • UK Seed-funded SaaS start-up, $6.5M in funding which they received this year

  • Backed by investors behind Uber and Dropbox

  • They are in hyper growth, looking to double in size by this time next year

  • They already have some big logo clients such as UiPath, Freshworks, Workday, Couchbase

  • Young, vibrant team with regular social events and a tight-knit culture

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years SaaS sales experience, B2B

  • Experience as a BDR/ SDR in the past

  • Experience working with complex products and value propositions

  • Experience working with different stakeholders from product users to senior level

  • Start-up experience is a plus

What You’ll Get:

  • £45,000 - £55,0000 base + 30% variable + equity
