Account Executive (US)

The Role:

  • Join an existing team of 5x reps in the US

  • 100% new business development, you can retain the accounts you win and manage them yourself

  • Sell to large financial services organisations –banks, credit unions, credit card companies

  • SDR support is provided, you’ll do some of your own prospecting

  • Generate opportunities and follow up on inbound leads

  • Marketing and pre-sales support is provided

  • Quota for the first year is $500,000.

  • Average deal size is $500,000 ARR with an average sales cycle of 6 – 12 months.

  • Remote based role from anywhere in the US, ideally East or West Coast based.

 The Company:

  • FinTech scale-up with 350 people globally, looking to grow to 415 by the end of 2022. They are growing across all departments.

  • Closed $300M in investment to date across different rounds, last year they raised $160M

  • Their investors are a mix of VCs and private equity firms as well as two of their customers have also invested in the company

  • The founders have gone through a successful exit with their previous company

  • None of their clients ever left them.

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5- 10 years sales experience

  • SaaS sales into large Financial Services organisations

  • Ambitious, dynamic, hungry to succeed – a pure HUNTER

  • Ability to work remotely and independently

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
