Account Manager UK

The Role:

  • Reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer you role this is a strategic hire as Account Manager / Customer Success Manager.

  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high value accounts including Toyota Financial Services, Zenith Leasing and Time Finance.

  • Responsibilities will include; running QBR’s, measuring adoption and driving account performance.

  • You will take ownership of client retention, contract renewals and the growth of the ARR through strategic up/cross selling.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You will have a minimum of 5 years Account Management or Customer Success experience within a SaaS vendor or automotive asset finance.

  • You will a have a demonstrable track record of strategically expanding ARR within mid-market / enterprise accounts.

  • You will be able to expertly manage multiple C-level stakeholders articulating value the companies value proposition.

  • You will have a hands on approach managing your portfolio and will enjoy a broad range of responsibilities.

 

What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive salary package - £45,000 - £50,000 base with an uncapped OTE.
