Business Development Manager
The Role:
New business sales role selling Media and Political Intelligence.
Selling to Charities, Education, Healthcare, PR Agencies.
You will have some SDR support, however, the best salespeople will source their own opportunities.
The Company:
Three storey office in the centre of the Diamond District with an onsite gym.
Great social culture, COVID depending most people work from the office on a Thursday when there is a regular team event.
Huge opportunity for progression – people have joined in BDM roles and one is moving to Australia to head up their APAC team.
Huge earning potential – no threshold, you will be paid in full straight away on total contract value.
Facetime with senior leadership, CEO is regularly in the office and if you have an idea it will be heard.
Managers have been promoted from within so you will be extremely supported.
Product is a need to have, you can be very successful if you have the ability to open doors.
The Ideal Candidate:
2 years full sales cycle experience within B2B sales, preferably SaaS, PR or Business Information.
You will be creative at opening doors and have a proven track record of achieving targets.
What You’ll Get:
£38,000-£55,000 basic with over double OTE.
Half-year, full-year bonuses, and consistency bonus.
25 days holiday, private health and dental.
