The Company:

  • An expert provider of specialist Data & Analytics consultants to a wide range of companies. Including Consultancies, Gambling, Financial Services, Airlines, Blue Chip's

  • Talent incubator (Recruit, Train, Deploy) business model to solves the Talent Shortage issue in the Data Recruitment Space.

  • They hire cohorts of grads from Universities, Charities, etc and train them in Data & Analytics

  • They’re then hired hired out to SMB’s and Enterprise business on a day rate

  • For Enterprise companies you'll receive £10,000 - £20,000 commission with each contract signed!!

The Role:

  • Creating and prospecting sales plans to achieve and surpass number of consultants sold

  • Managing an entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

  • Average deal size is between £5k -£100k and sales cycle is 3-6 months. A good mix of quick wins and slow (but rewarding) burners!

  • Must be based in London – 3 days in office

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 + years closing sales experience in a commercial setting

  • B2B Sales: Recruitment, Consulting or SaaS background preferable

  • A true passion for hunting new business - if you hate Admin and are busy selling the commercial director will do it for you!
