Business Development Manager
The Role:
New business sales role selling IT services
Full 360 sales cycle role selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, prospecting new business clients, negotiating and closing deals
Build long and lasting relationships by helping clients to “go digital” and win new business across all the sectors
Prospecting to industries such as financial services, healthcare, public sector and retail among others
Using Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Lusha
Feeding into the sales strategy by working closely with the Business Development Director
Sharing your ideas with the wider sales team and make a business case to get it implemented
Maintaining the sales pipeline and data in Salesforce CRM

The Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years full 360 sales experience within an IT services company
You will be creative at opening doors and have a proven track record of achieving targets.
Hunter mentality but also have capacity for Account Management
Able to generate own leads alongside managing full sales cycle
What You’ll Get:
£40,000-£65,000 basic with more than double OTE
25 days holiday +bank holidays
