Business Development Manager

The Role:

  • New business sales role selling IT services

  • Full 360 sales cycle role selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses

  • You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, prospecting new business clients, negotiating and closing deals

  • Build long and lasting relationships by helping clients to “go digital” and win new business across all the sectors

  • Prospecting to industries such as financial services, healthcare, public sector and retail among others

  • Using Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Lusha

  • Feeding into the sales strategy by working closely with the Business Development Director

  • Sharing your ideas with the wider sales team and make a business case to get it implemented

  • Maintaining the sales pipeline and data in Salesforce CRM

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-5 years full 360 sales experience within an IT services company

  • You will be creative at opening doors and have a proven track record of achieving targets.

  • Hunter mentality but also have capacity for Account Management

  • Able to generate own leads alongside managing full sales cycle

What You’ll Get:

  • £40,000-£65,000 basic with more than double OTE
