Business Development Manager

The Role:

  • As the Account Manager, your objective is to improve product adoption, customer retention and overall customer satisfaction

  • Duties to include:

  • Meet regularly and visit all clients in person periodically;

  • Maintain client’s enthusiasm by showcasing new capabilities

  • Client reviews and strategic planning

  • Identify improvements that can be made to achieve customer success

Sales;

  • Selling services

  • Selling modules

  • Events Lead;

  • User Group for clients x 1 a year

  • Webinar for clients x1 per month

  • Workshops (round table style)

The Company:

  • 2017 SaaS start up in the AEC sector, founded on the back of a successful exit by the Founders

  • Seed funded already by leading industry VCs

  • Opportunity to join at an early stage with a view to growing into a more senior role in the business

  • Already serving 56 customers with over 6,000 users

  • Currently expanding into the US market, already landing 2 enterprise US customers

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 years’ experience working as an Account Manager in SaaS start up environment

  • Experience of managing a client book of 50+ with upsell and cross sell responsibility

  • Experience in the AEC or software industry would be advantageous

  • Ability to present to multiple stakeholders in a group setting such as F2F, Webinars and Workshops.

  • Must be able to travel to meet with UK clients on premise

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A likeable and positive personality

  • A self-starter that can work well independently or as part of a team

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary of up to £45,000, plus uncapped OTE

  • 23 days holiday, increased by 1 day after each year of service
