Business Development Manager - Crypto

​The Role:

  • Research the market and identify relevant projects (tokens, companies that had an ICO)

  • Reach out to them and offer market making services

  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquires

  • Work on proposals and presentations for potential clients

  • Work with other team members and management to push deals forward and to identify growth opportunities

  • Be the main point of contact for your clients

  • Build and maintain long-lasting and strong relationships with clients

  • Build and execute business development and sales strategies

  • Prepare and execute marketing plans

  • Attend conferences and represent the company

  • Fully remote role based from anywhere in the UK

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of business development/ sales experience of traditional trading (stock, derivatives) or crypto or both

  • Understanding of market making

  • Ideally knows the crypto market and the projects - not essential

  • What You’ll Get:

  • £60,000 - £120,000 base, double OTE (depending on experience), medical, pension
