Business Development Manager (South East)
The Role:
Self-generate leads in territory using a range of proven lead generation strategies and partners
Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team
Deliver compelling and exciting demonstrations of our digital care system to single homes or multiple home providers
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from initial leads to closing deals
Deliver regular and consistent SaaS revenues in line with targets
Provide accurate forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Head of Sales
Maintain accurate, timely data using HubSpot CRM relating to all sales activities
To demonstrate the product using a mix of online and onsite demonstrations as necessary

Over 2,500 care homes already use MCM, managing the digital care records of over 77,000 residents

The Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience in direct software sales or services into the Care sector
Significant experience of complex/technical product and/or solution sales
Proven track record of new business sales
A customer centric and consultancy sales approach and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed
Excellent presentation skills and credibility to manage stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work autonomously and on own initiatives
Experience in working with software systems used in the health or social care sector is desirable
What You’ll Get:
Salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus double uncapped OTE
25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
