​Business Development Manager - South West

The Role:

  • Self-generate leads in territory using a range of proven lead generation strategies and partners

  • Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team

  • Deliver compelling and exciting demonstrations of our digital care system to single homes or multiple home providers

  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from initial leads to closing deals

  • Deliver regular and consistent SaaS revenues in line with targets

  • Provide accurate forecasting for monthly, quarterly and annual performance to the Head of Sales

  • Maintain accurate, timely data using HubSpot CRM relating to all sales activities

  • To demonstrate the product using a mix of online and onsite demonstrations as necessary

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive experience in direct software sales

  • Significant experience of complex/technical product and/or solution sales

  • Proven track record of new business sales

  • A customer centric and consultancy sales approach and self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to succeed

  • Excellent presentation skills and credibility to manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to work autonomously and on own initiatives

  • Experience in working with software systems used in the health or social care sector is desirable

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary of £52,000 plus double OTE

  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing with service)
