Business Development Representative

​The Role:

  • In this role you will play a vital role in creating and defining the BDR strategy of the organisation

  • Recruit and lead a team of 6 Business Development Reps

  • You will coach, develop and support the team in order to achieve success

  • You will be responsible for measuring and reporting indicators to drive BDR performance and team behaviours

  • Work closely with marketing to drive an industry leading outreach approach, communications and content

The Company:

  • Market leader within the corporate LMS space

  • YOY growth of 30% whilst maintaining 30% profitability. Recent PE funding to enable growth and acquisition of other companies to bring in to their umbrella

  • Dynamic sales environment, team events, top performer awards etc.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • In this role you will have previous experience managing a team of SDR, BDR professionals

  • You will need to be commutable to Nottingham

  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic Salary: £50,000-£55,000 with an OTE of £80'000
