Business Development Representative

The Role:

  • This is a 100% new business role selling to midmarket and Enterprise clients

  • This is a BDR role supporting the sales team in the US

  • You will support around 2 Account Executives as an outbound BDR

  • Your focus will be on Midmarket and Enterprise accounts in the US

  • Midmarket is companies with less then 7.5k employees and Enterprise is above 7.5k employees

  • The average deal size is $70k and typical sales cycles are 3-5 months

  • You should be based in the US for this role

The Company:

  • Pre-IPO SaaS start up in the HR Tech space

  • They have raised over $40million so far

  • Plans to grow the US by over 50 heads in the next year

  • This role could grow into leadership/management if successful as they will need leaders to help them with their expansion

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1 year experience as a BDR/SDR for a SaaS business.

  • This must be in an outbound role

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic: $60,000-$80,000 with a $20,000-$30,000 uncapped OTE
