Channel Sales Manager - SaaS - Midwest or West Coast remote

The Role:

  • You will work mostly with re-sellers

  • Identify opportunities on install base with partners

  • Manage existing partnerships, prospect, recruit and on-board new partners - specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem

  • You will be targeted on revenue through partners and partners signed and developed pipeline through signed partners (80% based on revenue/ 20% MBOs for pipeline generation and acquisition of partners)

  • Monitor and lead sourcing activities with key solution providers in the assigned territory

  • Manage channel pipeline and forecast reporting and track progress through the sales cycle.

  • Provide ongoing sales coaching and sales enablement activities, and work with the partner organizations to ensure they complete any required partner training and certifications.

  • The role is remotely based west of the Mississippi

  • Report to the VP of Channels

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 - 10 years partner sales experience

  • Background in business application SaaS

  • Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem (need to understand what it is to be a Microsoft partner, what are the different levels of Microsoft partners)

  • Customer-facing experience, working with the end-user as well

  • Sales-orientated, relationship builder with a high level of sensitivity

  • Desire to create something from scratch

What You’ll Get:

  • $230,000 - $270,000 OTE (65/35 split between base & variable)
