Client Engagement Manager

The Role:

·         As a Client Engagement Manager you’ll take ownership of a full sales cycle from prospect through to close.

·         You’ll work closely with the Sales Development team to qualify and convert inbound new business leads.

·         You’ll also be tasked to identify new target customers, prospect and successfully demo the solutions to Higher Education, Professional Association and Corporate markets.

·         This is a strategic role where you’ll be able to work autonomously from home but collaborate closely with the team.

·         You’ll report to a knowledgeable Senior Client Engagement Manager but also work closely with the Managing Director and other departments.

·         From time to time you’ll participate in international shows, conferences and events to attract new business.

·         Provide regular report on activities, progress and forecasts

·         Create and innovate sales collateral, supporting literature, slide decks

·         Develop and manage strategic partnerships to open new markets

·         Contribute to discussions around strategic business plans

 The Ideal Candidate:

·       Minimum 2+ years SaaS sales experience where a solution sales approach was required.

·       You’ll have a proven track record of hitting/exceeding a sales quota year on year.

·       A people person able to collaborate cross departmentally with both colleagues and customers.

·       Highly proficient IT skills and comfortable understanding technology for reporting and forecasting.

·       Self-motivated, adaptable and naturally enthusiastic.

·       Highly organized, efficient and driven self-starter with.

·       Exceptional problem-solving skills with a logical and analytical approach.

·       Great attention to detail with excellent communication skills and writing ability.

·       Good numerical skills and/or experience of dealing with basic finance procedures.

·       Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
