Client Engagement Manager

The Role:

  • This is a new business sales role. As a Client Engagement Manager you’ll take ownership of a full sales cycle from prospect through to close.

  • You’ll work closely with the sales development reps to qualify and convert inbound new business leads. You’ll also be able to strategically source you own opportunities.

  • You’ll be tasked with identifying new target customers, prospect and successfully demo the organisation’s highly customisable software solutions.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You’ll need a minimum 2+ years SaaS sales experience where a consultative solution sales approach is required. Ideally dealing with complex sales cycles lasting 3-6 months plus.

  • As a successful new business sales professional, you’ll need a demonstratable track record of hitting/exceeding a sales quota year on year.

  • This is an autonomous work environment where you will split your time from home, the office and client facing so you’ll need to be self-motivated, adaptable and naturally enthusiastic.

  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle as some national travel may be needed.

 What You’ll Get:

  • Competitive basic salary - £40,000-£50,000 dependant on experience.

  • Uncapped commission structure £20,000-£30,000 variable in year one.
