Role:

  • Develop social media strategies with aim of creating brand awareness and user engagement

  • Engage with communities in exciting ways and measure touch points and interactions

  • Create and run community events that engage, attract and grow the user base globally

  • Build and oversee the execution of an ambitious community strategy and look at the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy.

  • 2+ years experience in managing online communities and social media

  • Ideally come from the Data/BI space however open to community managers from other industries such as financial services, insurance or software solutions!

  • Prior experience in a start-up environment is ideal but not a necessity

  • Action-oriented individual with a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment

  • A flair for testing and iterating on initiatives to get the best results

  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and leaders across the organization
