Customer Success Director

The Role:

  • This role will be managing 3-5 Customer Success Managers.

  • They will spend 70-80% of their time focusing on commercial aspects and the remaining on operational support.

  • You may also be managing 2-3 enterprise accounts.

  • You will be responsible for coaching, developing and leading the team to drive commercial growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-5 years experience within the Payments space.

  • have knowledge of merchant acquiring, acquiring gateway and payment optimisation.

  • You will need experience managing existing accounts and driving strategic growth.

  • Previous leadership is beneficial but not essential.
