Customer Success Engineer

​The Role:

  • Partner with top tier clients to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Consult with customers on product features, best practice and functionality. Liaise with the Product team to provide feedback on new initiatives and existing features

  • Visit customers to conduct workshops and feedback sessions. Communicate client requirements back to the business

  • This role is based in the New York City office with flexible working available

  • The Company:

  • VC backed organisation in the FinTech space

  • With recent funding they plan to treble in size over the next 24 months

  • They are already award winning

  • Work with household names in the Financial Services space - product is a proven and reputable one

  • The team have built a leading AI product

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience working in a post-sales, technical customer facing role

  • Ideally you will have an understanding of programming concepts, SQL queries the ability to visualize complex data sets

  • You will be an astute relationship builder who is able to communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
