Customer Success Manager

​The Role

  • Strategic CSM role

  • Looks after around 10 accounts worth $5M - $10M ARR

  • Very high touch so need to have this experience already

  • Accounts will be in Israel, US, UK

  • Not targeted on growth but will be involved in spotting areas for up/cross-sell

The Company

  • Series D organization with just over $100M in funding.

  • Expanding into the US are looking to grow the small team currently based in Boston

  • Solution is an AI/Machine Learning platform that helps both financial and insurance clients price their products competitively but most importantly make better decisions.

  • Not only does the solution out-perform legacy systems in terms of its ability to out price competitors, companies can adjust the solution quickly with new legislation or changes to risk factors.

  • With a brand new office soon to be finished being renovated, it is an exceptionally exciting time to join this organization

The Ideal Candidate

  • Has 5 years + CSM experience

  • Looked after a maximum of 20 accounts

  • Worked with a mission critical software
