​Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • This is a Client Services Manager role

  • You will build strategy to grow the accounts and manage relationships.

  • The role will have upsell goals, renewal goals and expansion goals

  • There will be around 25 accounts to manage

  • Typically they are less than $1m in size

The Company:

  • SaaS start up in the entertainment space who are Series B funded having raised almost $50million to date.

  • A truly diverse business that is looking to disrupt the space as well as ensuring they remain a diverse business.

  • CRO has been through 3 exits of $1bn plus and is hoping to do the same.

  • You will be an early part of the team so equity will be in play

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1 years SaaS CSM experience

  • You should be passionate about the music and entertainment industry
