Customer Success Manager

​The Role:

  • This is a Customer Success Manager role

  • You will handle the migration and implementation from the handover from sales working closely with presales

  • You will be tasked with ensuring retention and customer loyalty

  • You will pass to the technical account management team for any bigger technical issues

  • You should be based from home in the US

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in SaaS

  • You should have worked in a Customer Success Manager position for this time

  • Ideally you will come from the Fintech space although this is not essential

  • You should ideally be an expert in customer loyalty and retention

  • You should be based remotely in the US

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic salary $85,000-$95,000 with an OTE of $110,000-$120,000
