Customer Success Manager
The Role:
Customer success role focussing on Enterprise clients
Typically, you will manage 5-10 accounts
You will be based remote in the UK
The CSM will be responsible for successfully onboarding new customers and training them on how to effectively use their software
Identify opportunities for account growth and additional revenue generation
Build long lasting commercial relationships to increase customer usage, renewals and retention

Leader in their field with strong market share. Work with a number of the FTSE 100 and FTSE 500
Newly opened offices in Portugal and Australia
Plan to IPO in the next five years
The Ideal Candidate:
2+ years as a CSM for a SaaS or Technology business
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively with other functions such as Marketing, Sales & Technology
Exposure to large complex accounts
What You’ll Get:
Basic Salary: £30,000 -£45,000 with a 20% Bonus
