Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • Customer success role focussing on Enterprise clients

  • Typically, you will manage 5-10 accounts

  • You will be based remote in the UK

  • The CSM will be responsible for successfully onboarding new customers and training them on how to effectively use their software

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and additional revenue generation

  • Build long lasting commercial relationships to increase customer usage, renewals and retention

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years as a CSM for a SaaS or Technology business

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively with other functions such as Marketing, Sales & Technology

  • Exposure to large complex accounts
