The role - Senior Customer Success Manager

  • Main point of contact and trusted advisor for your customers

  • Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyze customer goals, metrics, gather other feedback from various client teams

  • Partner with Account Executives to provide excellent customer experience and ensure commercial alignment

  • Drive feature adoption with your customers, providing strategic guidance, enablement, and day-to-day advice to help them hit their objectives

  • Drive customer advocacy by building strong customer relationships and creating mutual value for your customers

  • Work with Account Executives, Solution Engineers and Architects to seamlessly transition clients into their onboarding activities.

  • You will likely spend time onsite with customers and may travel

The ideal candidate

  • 5 Years in SaaS in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Consultancy

  • excellent communicator with exemplary written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in English AND German AND French is essential.

  • Bachelor’s degree
