Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • Onboard, train new customers

  • Expansion into new accounts

  • Ensure customers get fast time-to-value.

  • Keep clients engaged and regularly using products.

  • Build customer loyalty and reduce churn.

  • Advocate for customers.

  • The Head of CS has experience building highly successful CS Functions from £0m to £75m ARR.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of Customer Success Management experience.

  • Hyrbid - Account Management and New business

  • Ideally Seattle or US wide

  • Ideally worked for a Sales Engagement / Content Management SaaS Company.

What You’ll Get:

  • $100,000 - $120,000 basic with $150,000 OTE.

Process:

  • First stage with the Head of Customer Success

  • Second stage with the wider team

  • Final with the Co-Founders.
