The Head of CS has experience building highly successful CS Functions from £0m to £75m ARR.

The Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years of Customer Success Management experience.

Ideally worked for a Sales Engagement / Content Management SaaS Company.
What You’ll Get:
$100,000 - $120,000 basic with $150,000 OTE.
Process:
First stage with the Head of Customer Success
Second stage with the wider team
Final with the Co-Founders.
