·Ensure customers get fast time-to-value.

·Keep clients engaged and regularly using products.

·Build customer loyalty and reduce churn.

·Advocate for customers.

·The Head of CS has experience building highly successful CS Functions from £0m to £75m ARR.

The Ideal Candidate:

·3-5 years of Customer Success Management experience.

·Hyrbid - Account Management and New business

·Ideally Seattle or US wide

·Ideally worked for a Sales Engagement / Content Management SaaS Company.

What You’ll Get:

·$100,000 - $120,000 basic with $150,000 OTE.

Process:

·First stage with the Head of Customer Success

·Second stage with the wider team

·Final with the Co-Founders.
