Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • Customer Success Manager

  • Newly created role due to expansion and growth of the business

  • Be in charge of the French and the Spanish market

  • Making sure clients are satisfied

  • Retention of accounts

  • Upselling into accounts

  • You’ll be given 100 accounts to manage

  • For this role you can be based fully remote anywhere in Europe. You’ll be required to come to Paris once a month to meet with the team

  • They went from 0 - 120 clients and €1M ARR in the first year of trading

  • They now have 300+ customers across Europe - 30% international, the rest in France

  • It's a solution that is extremely easy to use

  • They have some big name clients including Coca Cola, Uber, Disneyland

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1 – 2 years as a CSM

  • SaaS experience

  • French and Spanish FLUENTLY
