The Role:
Customer Success Manager
Newly created role due to expansion and growth of the business
Be in charge of the French and the Spanish market
Making sure clients are satisfied
Retention of accounts
Upselling into accounts
You’ll be given 100 accounts to manage
For this role you can be based fully remote anywhere in Europe. You’ll be required to come to Paris once a month to meet with the team
The Company:
Profitable company with 90% YoY growth over the past years
They went from 0 - 120 clients and €1M ARR in the first year of trading
They now have 300+ customers across Europe - 30% international, the rest in France
It's a solution that is extremely easy to use
They have some big name clients including Coca Cola, Uber, Disneyland
The Ideal Candidate:
1 – 2 years as a CSM
SaaS experience
French and Spanish FLUENTLY
