The Role: 

  • This is a Customer Success Manager role looking after LATAM Clients

  • Clients will be 200+ employees in size

  • Your job will be managing renewals and upsells

  • It is likely you will have around 70 accounts at one time

  • You should be based near Boston.

 

The Company: 

  • Series D organization with just over $100M in funding.

  • Expanding into the US are looking to grow the small team currently based just outside of Boston.

  • Solution is an AI/Machine Learning platform that helps both financial and insurance clients price their products competitively but most importantly make better decisions.

  • Not only does the solution out-perform legacy systems in terms of its ability to out price competitors, companies can adjust the solution quickly with new legislation or changes to risk factors.

  • With a brand new office soon to be finished being renovated, it is an exceptionally exciting time to join this organization

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You MUST have 3+ years as a Customer Success Manager in the Technology space

  • Fluent Spanish speaking

  • You should have experience with renewals and upsells
