Director of Business Development North America - OT Cyber Security

The Role:

  • Be the first person focused on partnership in the North American market

  • Your mission will be to drive the regional partner business

  • It will be a mix of closing and onboarding new partners as well as managing existing partnership

  • Targets are three segments: system integrators (IT), rail integrators (heavy duty technology) and system manufacturers

  • Your territory is the US and Canada, the majority of the accounts are on the East US & East Canada

  • You will target companies such as IBM Global, the US division of Siemens, the Canadian entity of Thales, etc.

  • Drive key business development initiatives from creation to implementation in partnerships with senior executives

  • Help generate and manage opportunities in conjunction with the rest of the team and partner sales end-to-end through the complete sale cycle, from the first presentations to preparing the proposals to the client.

  • Represent the company in customer engagements, industry conferences and professional work group meetings.

  • Early stage Israeli OT cyber security start-up with as truly unique product with no real competitors

  • Their target market is forecast to grow from $6 Billion to $12 Billion in the next 5 years

  • Closed $25M+ in investment so far across several rounds

  • Experienced impressive growth in revenue

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years experience working with partners

  • Background in OT or cyber security or ideally both

  • Strong relationship builder

  • Start-Up experience

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, internally and with major external partners/customers in large enterprises and governmental organizations

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills in English- a must, any additional language is an advantage!

  • Ability to learn fast and work independently and a strong “can-do” attitude.
