Director of Customer Success

​The Role:

  • This is a Director of Customer Success position in the US

  • You will be in a player coach role once you build out the team. There is currently no one in the team

  • This role will be responsible for building out the current processes and team from a Customer Success stand point

  • You will be based remotely, anywhere in the US for this role

The Company:

  • Pre-IPO SaaS start up in the FinTech space

  • They grew 350% last year and will grow another 800% this year

  • They are already award winning

  • This will be one of the early members of the US leaderships team

  • The team have built AI products at Microsoft and Apple so you know they have a strong product

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have 8-10 years experience with at least 2 in a coaching role

  • You should have Enterprise SaaS Customer Success experience, ideally in AI.

  • This person must be a player coach.

  • Ideally you will also have start up experience

What You’ll Get:

  • Basic salary: $120,000-$160,000 with a 20% bonus
