Director of Field Marketing

The Role:

  • This is a Director of Marketing role in the US

  • This person will be owning accountability for the entire NA marketing in a Regional leadership role

  • You will inherit a team of marketers; 1 content, 1 campaign, 1 event and 1 other marketing specialist

  • Growing pipeline in the market – build a pipeline generating function

  • Ability to be a trusted partner of the sales org – can work closely with them – how can you help on enablement side so they are working together in tangent

  • You should be based from home in the US

  • Thy have received over $85million funding so far and some of their investors have been behind big names like Twitter, BMC, Hootsuite, Facebook, Dropbox, Deliveroo, Slack, and Spotify so you're in good hands.

  • You will get trips to abroad a few times a year including training so the prospect of international travel from time to time should excite you.

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • We need candidates with SaaS start up experience in Field marketing.

  • You should have 10 years experience in SaaS marketing and at least 5 years in leadership

  • You should be based remotely in the US.

  • Basic salary $115,000-$180,000 with an OTE 10-20% depending on experience
