E-Learning Sales

​The Role:

  • Outbound sales position – warm leads and enquiries – NO COLD CALLING

  • Offering consultative advice, guidance and support in relation to the e-learning courses offered and the subsequent careers this education will support

  • Provide each customer with a solution that is relevant to their experience, aspirations and financial situation

  • Managing your pipeline successfully to achieve monthly enrolment/sales targets

  • Entering and updating customer information on our CRM database

  • Represent the company in a way that adheres to our core values

  • Adhere to the consultative enrolment model via all communication

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ambitious graduate or outbound, consultative sales experience

  • Strong relationship builder with a variety of customers

  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work to targets/KPIs

  • Interest in technology and e-learning is beneficial

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary of £22,500 plus uncapped commission (OTE £65,000)
