Enterprise Account Executive

The Role:

  • New Business - levering off current US accounts

  • Account Management for the first 6 months before the SDR team is grown out early next year and then it will be 100% new biz

  • Effectively renew, upsell and cross-sell an assigned book of business of existing premium employer partners

  • Learn your book of business inside and out to effectively position Handshake’s value proposition, always linking it back to key business issues of the customer

  • Develop and cultivate deep relationships with senior executives at the Director, SVP, and VP levels at our partners

  1. Develop new and creative ways to engage senior executives throughout the customer lifecycle and demonstrate value

  2. They have smashed it in the US and now the company is valued at $3.5 billion dollars

  3. They're offering great stock options

  4. One of the first hires in the UK team - the ability to be involved in an early-stage business in the UK with HUGE financial resource

  5. Already Established and successful in the US meaning most deals have a warm intro directly from US - not completely cold


The Ideal Candidate:

  1. 3-5 Years Enterprise level selling in SaaS

  2. Experience with Consultative SaaS Sales with an Average Contract Value £50,000+

  3. Bonus points if you have sold to recruiters, Talent Acquisition or HR!

What You’ll Get:

  1. £70,000 - £90,000, Double OTE

  2. Stock Options, financial management, paid parental leave, Home office spend, L&D allowance, Pension and Healthcare and more!
