Enterprise Customer Success Manager

The Role:

  • This is a Strategic Customer Success Manager role

  • You will focus on large Enterprise/Fortune 500 accounts

  • The role will be to focus on growth, expansion and renewals as they look to navigate such strategic accounts

  • There will be an international element to the role and you will be working with VPs and above across these accounts

  • The book of business will be around $1.6m+ and will likely grow to around $3m-$5m.

  • You will manage around 6 accounts or less depending on which

  • You can be based remotely anywhere in the US for this role but ideally on the East Coast

The Company:

  • This is a Pre-Series A start up that has received over $10m in funding in total

  • They are already at $2m in ARR in 1.5 years without even having a sales and marketing team

  • The plan is to now grow sales and marketing and hopefully triple, triple, double, double in terms of their growth

  • Their cofounders have already successfully started and exited a business before

  • You will be the first person on the ground as a CSM in the US and will have equity

  • If successful this could even grow into management

The Ideal Candidate:

  • You should have 5 years Enterprise SaaS experience as a Customer Success Manager

  • We are looking for people who have dealt with the Fortune 500 on large Enterprise deals

  • You should also have worked for a Start-up

  • Basic salary $130,000-$150,000 with a 20% bonus
