Global Customer Success Manager

The Role

  • This role came about through expansion. You will be one of the first hires in the CS team reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success.

  • The CSM is responsible for the entire delivery of projects of solutions - only tech, not services (these are done by a different department)

  • Within the Customer Success function the main goal is to deliver - "Proof of Value" (PoCs/ pilots), installing and designing the solution which is customised for each client.Design is done by R&D and another CSM who is a pure technical person and will take care of the technical aspects of the PoVs and dealing with R&D.

  • Your main mission is to manage projectseither PoV which are shorter term, a few weeks or months and deployment which is longer.

  • After a sale, the client is handed to you. Starting from kick-off you will organise all meetings, have weekly meetings with the clients, be the main point of contact for the clients.

  • Own the entire process in front of the client, also maintenance period during the entire phases of the projects which are for life.

  • Identify any up-sell opportunities with clients and intro sales into new opportunities with existing customers

  • Handle around 10 15 projects in parallel especially if not tight in timeline.

  • Own the customers from the management perspective Project Management part which is more tactical manage the internal resources, work with the technical CSM to deliver, have interfaces to R&D, be responsible for the entire client relationship, drive other opportunities within clients identify gaps, be as close to the client as possible, make sure everything is up to expectations

  • This role has global responsibilities. You will manage projects across the globe. They have on-going opportunities in EMEA, North America and APAC and 2 ongoing projects. They also have 4 PoVs upcoming in October.

  • Some travel will be required in this role.

  • The role is based remotely from the UK, DACH , BENELUX or Nordics

The Ideal Candidate

  • Client management experience

  • Project Management experience - installation/ deployment projects

  • Must be from a product company

  • Ideally cyber security or rail
