Growth Manager

​The Role:

  • You'll be in charge of all paid social and search, marketing automation, emailing and landing pages

  • Your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Identify, test and implement new acquisition levers (in B2B, targeting brands and agencies)

  • Implement acquisition campaigns from A to Z : segmentation, copywriting, design and CTA, landing pages, launch, optimization and reporting.

  • Monitor leads' life cycle from inbound to the sales closing in order to optimise transformation rate

  • Implement and measure relevant statistics and insights to iterate and improve acquisition levers

  • Propose action plans to optimise and improve campaigns ROI

  • Manage partners and suppliers on specific levers

  • You can be based anywhere in Europe. This is a fully remote company.

  • You need to be able to come to Paris once every month for a team meeting and once every quarter for a 3 day seminar.

  • The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing in SaaS - (SEA, SMA, SEO, emailing, ...)

  • You have a strong analytical expertise (Excel, Google Analytics, …)

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • You have knowledge or expertise of several of the following tools: Google Analytics, Photoshop, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Social Ads (Google, Linkedin, Facebook, ...), Wordpress

  • Fluent in English and another language
