Growth Manager
The Role:
You'll be in charge of all paid social and search, marketing automation, emailing and landing pages
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
Identify, test and implement new acquisition levers (in B2B, targeting brands and agencies)
Implement acquisition campaigns from A to Z : segmentation, copywriting, design and CTA, landing pages, launch, optimization and reporting.
Monitor leads' life cycle from inbound to the sales closing in order to optimise transformation rate
Implement and measure relevant statistics and insights to iterate and improve acquisition levers
Propose action plans to optimise and improve campaigns ROI
Manage partners and suppliers on specific levers
You have to be based IN THE SELECTED COUNTRIES (FRANCE, BELGIUM, SPAIN, GERMANY, LUXEMBURG, ITALY)
This is a fully remote company.
You need to be able to commute to Paris once every month for a team meeting and once every quarter for a 3 day seminar.

The Ideal Candidate:
3+ years B2B marketing in SaaS - (SEA, SMA, SEO, emailing, ...)
You have a strong analytical expertise (Excel, Google Analytics, …)
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
You have knowledge or expertise of several of the following tools: Google Analytics, Photoshop, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Social Ads (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, ...), Wordpress
Must be Fluent in English and another language
