Growth Marketing Lead, UK

The Role:

  • Work alongside the Head of Marketing to drive acquisition.

  • Build and grow a robust paid media experimentation approach across creative and landing page optimisation to help grow ROI.

  • Drive TOFU leads through outbound paid social, ads, display, PR and influencer marketing activities.

  • Work with paid social and display channels to close the loop with potential prospects in account-based marketing sprints.

  • Manage new media partnerships end-to-end to drive measurable growth.

  • Lead A/B testing of experiments including the evaluation and recommendations as appropriate.

  • Track and optimise search and social campaigns to core metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, and CAC amongst others.

  • Develop new and thought-leading ideas for user acquisition via other paid and organic channels.

  • Set up a scalable outreach system for SDRs to leverage and generate lists.
