Head of Account Management

The Role:

  • To be a player/coach where you will be responsible for hitting the team target and incentivised to help your team close deals as well as close your own deals.

  • Managing a team of Account Managers across Ireland, Middle East and Australia

  • You will enjoy working towards targets and managing the team according to agreed KPIs.

  • To be in charge of the pipeline and Account plans to convert Project to Hosting deals

  • You will need to be able to travel internationally if it is required to close the deal.

  • You will need to be able to manage a large pipeline of opportunities across the team while making sure we also large Enterprise accounts for future deals

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Leadership experience - you enjoy developing people's skills and want to lead them to success.

  • Track record of coaching and motivating people, teams or companies to exceed their sales quotas.

  • Experience selling solution-based software via a consultative sell, not off the shelf.

  • Successful experience with farming existing Accounts in a scale-up environment.

  • £60,000 basic with £100,000 OTE
