Head of Commercial Partnerships

​The Role

  • This is a brand new role responsible for setting up new partnerships with commercial businesses

  • Developing a strategy to identify and bring in new key B2B partners as well as engaging with lapsed partners

  • Mapping out the full process of placing newly trained students into employment with key partners

  • Sales activity to engage with and sell to new B2B partners

  • Working with Careers Services team in order to place students into employment with key B2B partners

  • Upselling e-learning courses into commercial partners

  • Account management of key commercial partners to maintain strong relationships

  • This role will develop into a leadership position with the company as the partnerships function grows

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment agency or B2B sales experience

  • Ability to plan and map out new processes and strategies

  • Strong relationship building skills in both new business and account management capacity

  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience of managing the full sales cycle from prospect to closing
