Head of Customer Success

The Role

  • Take over the existing CS team - 6 reps based across the US and EMEA

  • That team manages $6M in ARR between them

  • The team are responsible for onboarding, support and training of customers.

  • They do renewals and identify any up-sell opportunities and provide any customer feedback to product teams internally.

  • Manage and grow the team further, manage their KPIs.

  • Next year you will hire another 6 CSMs.

  • You'll be based remotely in the UK or US Eastern Time zone. 

The Company

  • SaaS start-up that was recently acquired by a big and well-known vendor in the space

  • They are still  responsible for marketing, product development, technology and sales support while having access to 800 additional sales people within the big vendor to sell their product

  • The core business is managed by themselves while they are gaining massively from the acquisition.

  • Prior to the acquisition they were growing at 300% year on year, their product is solid!

The Ideal Candidate

  • Head of or VP of CS function 5 – 15 years of experience

  • Social SaaS or MarTech SaaS background

  • 3 – 5 years management experience

  • Managed CS function from point of sale to renewals

What You’ll Get

  • $180,000 - $200,000 base + $30,000 - $50,000 bonus
