Job Title: Head of Demand Generation
The Role:
You will own all digital demand generation strategy and execution for the company.
Support the SLT in defining the strategy and lead on the execution of demand generation programs to build awareness and drive leads and revenue growth.
You’ll connect business objectives to campaigns and define and measure ROI metrics.
You will work with a diverse channel mix - including SEO, PPC, re-targeting, email marketing, paid social and paid media, outbound calls, webinars and events (to name a few), allowing you to design and execute data-led campaigns that drives the sales pipeline.
You’ll set up campaigns, build out landing pages, monitor paid spend and report on results, working with agencies where appropriate to deliver results.
You’ll analyse performance and continually test to optimise spend and improve the buyer's journey across all touchpoints to reduce friction, improve efficiency and drive conversion
You will measure the performance of all marketing programs, and deliver weekly, and monthly performance reporting to the CEO and other stakeholders. This will include web analysis and KPIs, to inform new demand generation strategies and optimise to drive continuous improvement.

The Ideal Candidate:
5+ years experience in a B2B marketing role in a SaaS start up environment.
At least 3 years focussing on digital demand generation targeting the SME market.
Commercial mindset – the understanding of driving leads and ultimately, increase revenue.
You are data focused – ability to analyse data to make suggestions to improve cost, efficiency and margins.
A laser focus on performance marketing metrics – the ability to understand and report back on key metrics.
End to end campaign management, with experience using CRM systems, email marketing platforms and paid media, in particular PPC and a good understanding of website optimisation.
Passionate about being part of a growing business and keen to play a key role in contributing to our success.
Keen to define your own role and progress in line with your achievements.
You're hard-working, responsive, and willing to be hands-on.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time results.
