Head of Growth

​The Role:

  • This role came about through expansion

  • The CEO is currently managing the marketing team. You will take over from him and be in charge of marketing for the company.

  • You will take over management of the SEO & Content Manger. She manages a copy writer and a digital marketer. You will also manage the new Growth Marketer which is a role they are currently hiring for. You'll also take over management of the external agencies they use.

  • Your mission is to build an inbound lead engine for the company in Europe.

  • You will be in charge of SEO & Content, organic and paid search and social, marketing automation, influencing and partnerships

  • Monitor leads' life cycle from inbound to the sales closing in order to optimise conversion rates

  • Propose action plans to optimise and improve campaigns ROI

  • Collaborate with the rest of the business across sales, technical and product departments

  • You can be based anywhere in Europe. This is a fully remote company.

  • You need to be able to come to Paris once every month for a team meeting and once every quarter for a 3 day seminar.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years B2B marketing in SaaS - MarTech or AdTech preferred

  • Strong background in acquisition - SEO, SEA, emailing, social media advertising

  • You have knowledge or expertise of several of the following tools: Google Analytics, Photoshop, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Social Ads (Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, ...), Wordpress

  • Experience with HTML and CSS

  • Leadership experience

  • English and another language

  • You are data-driven, organised, proactive, hands-on and a builder
