Head of Marketing

​The Role:

  • Drive our busy marketing plan full of activities that increase demand and lead generation to feed the commercial pipeline

  • Own the CRM (Hubspot) and email marketing strategy, leveraging automation and audience segmentation for effective targeting

  • Manage and work alongside our productive team of performance marketers and designers

  • Work with CMO and Head of Marketing to feed into the Marketing Strategy

  • Oversee management of our busy events programme including monthly webinars, customer events, conferences, and exhibitions

  • Be obsessed with copywriting. Creating industry-leading content including long and short-form content and video scripts to increase demand and product awareness

  • Work with creatives (videographers, photographers, and graphic designers) to ensure we are producing brand beautiful creative continually and at pace

  • Support CMO in the ideation and creation of UK campaigns and reporting

  • Support the sales team through collateral, merchandise, and video content to maximise sales

  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialist to continuously improve CRO, website and SEO

  • Keep abreast of industry news, best practices, and emerging trends

  • Manage third-party supplier management including freelancers, agencies, suppliers, and more.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have relevant experience in the eLearning or learning technologies industry

  • Must have over 2+ years experience in an in-house marketing team

  • Experience managing, mentoring or leading a team

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and demands within a fast-paced environment

  • Technical understanding of digital marketing and the people skills to confidently manage team members, projects, and third parties

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills

  • Confident when customer-facing or in an events environment

  • A natural self-starter and team player with a positive attitude

  • Doer and a thinker – you’ll need to be comfortable getting hands-on

  • Strong organisational skills
