Head of Marketing

​The Role:

  • Create the marketing function from scratch and grow the team.

  • Lead the demand generation for the company, driving customer acquisition and buil a dynamic marketing mix that helps deliver a strong pipeline

  • Develop and implement a winning lead generation strategy

  • Develop and execute a demand gen playbook including producing campaigns, webinars and events that align with overall goals and help deliver net new demand

  • Work closely with the sales team; enabling them to meet their objectives

  • Work closely with the product team to define marketing strategies for new and existing products

  • Take ownership of the business’ reputation and recognition; including brand and communications

  • Build and execute ABM strategies and programs

  • Conduct ongoing market reviews and competitor analysis

  • Clients are so blown away with what the product can do, they buy it on the first call.

  • They have 15 clients and are signing two new ones every month now.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years B2B marketing,

  • Scaled a SaaS business, ideally a start-up

  • Experience with content, demand generation and product marketing - needs to be an expert in at least one of those areas

  • Marketing automation - ideally Hubspot

What You’ll Get:

  • £85,000 - £100,000 base + 10% bonus, stock options, pension scheme, travel allowance
